I have been coming to see Dr. Touraj Najafian since the beginning of 2026. I have great thing so say about him. He has an excellent knowledge of the human body, he understands that during challenging and stressful times he provides me the proper care regularly, providing me with an exercise plan to follow on my personal space. If you are looking for a safe, knowledgeable and reliable chiropractor, Focused On Health (Midtown family chiropractor center) is the place to to go and Dr. Touraj is the doc to see!

Dr. Touraj is one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever met. After about two months of regular visits, I feel so much better, my posture and overall well being have improved a lot. Dr. Touraj is energetic and passionate about helping his patients. My common law partner and I both receive care from Focused on Health. We appreciate his approach of using various tests so we can measure and see progress. We also find the reception team very welcoming and organised.
I am extremely happy with the care that I am receiving at Focused on Health. Dr. Stethem is amazing. Her calm nature and desire to truly help and treat a patient is refreshing.
