I've been a patient here for a few months now and so far I'm very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism. The staff is very friendly and the whole operation seems efficient and well-managed. Highly recommended if you prefer a smaller office where you can get good quality, personalized care.
I used to love this place. I have nothing good to say about them anymore. They cancel your appointments, don’t call you . Then when you call them they say 3 months to get you in. I know he bought another office. I guess they are getting in to far over their heads. Customer service used to be amazing. I will never go back after how I was treated on the phone.
Not sure why my last post disappeared but it did. Bottom line is I had a lot of work done. Total cost was more than $30k. Bottom hybrid broke in just over a year. Apparently there is only a 1 year guarantee from the lab that they chose to use. Cost me an additional $3k to get it replaced. Of course the lab says there was nothing wrong with the hybrid. I am also looking for a new dentist. Requested the name of the lab and the broken part back from The tooth Shop...we'll see, so far no response
Dr syska was good in the beginning when we started as soon as poor workmanship reared it's ugly face he made me sign an affidavit stated he would not cover the work. Then made me wait 2 weeks for an appointment when I told them I was in pain. Now l have to find someone else to do the repairs.
