Was 5 hrs in dentist chair for work on a thurs. Was supposed to have the crown the following wed. They call and said they didn't come in and would arrive on Fri. They call back and said I had to go back Fri. and do procedure again cause they messed up.
They were trying to trick me to do a root canal and surgery for a tooth ache I had and didn’t want to tell me how much it cost. They said they would refer to a specialist for surgery then come back and do a root canal. I got a 2nd opinion and all they needed to do was a cap and a filling on that same tooth! Terrible service by this place and the fact that they lied about what treatment was needed just goes to show that they don’t care about what is best for the patients, they just want your money!
She is amazing doctor and the lady’s that work there I am always smiling when I am there 10/10
I cannot say worse things about the Orthodontist care here. Please don't let them scam you into going with their Orthodontist. Go to another office please!! This was such a huge mistake.
