Hands down an AMAZING office!!! From the front office, dental assistant, and the doctor. Their customer service is on point. My husband had a bad toothache and needed an extraction on a Saturday. Called their office, she asked for some information and was able to tell us if our insurance was in network and looked our benefits up right away. We drove there right after the call. My experience has been positive. Both dentists are good. Not like many that seem to want to find issues to upsell. The staff are all nice. The only drawback is their hours are rather brief, but they are expanding those. The best part is the dental hygienist I always ask for when I make the appointment - Tess.
I was new to Vegas and was going to another place for 1.5 years and suddenly was told for the 1st time I needed 5 fillings immediately …since decay is slow going and I was used to getting advice it needed to be done within the next yr back home I paid out of pocket to see Dr. Nielson who said I needed none. Amazing team - super compassionate, caring, and trustworthy!
I called because I found you on my insurance website. I called to confirm insurance, the receptionist quickly said you don't take anything with that name. I asked her to confirm as it goes by several different names and that's how I found you. She didn't take any insurance info from me, she took my number and said she would follow up. I knew when I hung up I was being dismissed and I wouldn't get a call back. It's been several weeks since with no call, therfore the one star.
