I was new to Vegas and was going to another place for 1.5 years and suddenly was told for the 1st time I needed 5 fillings immediately …since decay is slow going and I was used to getting advice it needed to be done within the next yr back home I paid out of pocket to see Dr. Nielson who said I needed none. Amazing team - super compassionate, caring, and trustworthy!
I called because I found you on my insurance website. I called to confirm insurance, the receptionist quickly said you don't take anything with that name. I asked her to confirm as it goes by several different names and that's how I found you. She didn't take any insurance info from me, she took my number and said she would follow up. I knew when I hung up I was being dismissed and I wouldn't get a call back. It's been several weeks since with no call, therfore the one star.
I came to this dental office for a routine cleaning, x-rays, and dental check-up. It was my first time visiting this office and dentist. This place was recommended by word of mouth. After reading the glowing reviews, I decided to give it a try despite my fear of the dentist. I’ve been a patient at The Tooth Family Dental for over two years now, and I’ve never been happier with the care and treatment the staff has shown. The condition of my teeth and gums has improved significantly! I’m glad I found a dental office that actually cares about their patients providing only the dental work needed, not upselling unnecessary treatments.
