I went in for a basic cleaning, and while the service was acceptable, the billing process was not. It took over 8 mos. for the staff to attempt to process, and even then, I finally got it processed and paid. I was sent a follow-up statement that I owed $197 for a panoramic image (that I told the tech I didn't think my Ins. Co. would pay). They insisted on taking and said let's see what happens. I really don't do to many reviews but felt I needed to do this one. Dr. Cara is the best dentist I've ever been to. She's very caring and explains everything in detail. Which is greatly appreciated. I believe she really cares about her patients and that it's just not about the money which in today's day and age doesn't seem to happen enough. Staff is very friendly and I've never seen an office, dental or medical as clean and neat as Dr. Cara's.
From my call with Joan to schedule my appointment and finally meeting her, to the hygienist, Michele and the Dentist Cara, my experience was absolutely stellar. They were kind, professional, pleasant, cheerful, and the place itself is beautiful and so clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone and will probably start doing so!! Have never left a review before but feel this practice really deserves it. Had an emergency when my usual dentist was on vacation. I was very anxious about the situation and seeing someone new. They were able to see me and most importantly figure out what I needed. Felt very confident with Dr. Hernas’ medical judgment and care. Left feeling a huge weight lifted. Everyone at the practice was so kind and empathetic- really an exceptional level of care- modern medicine meets ‘old school’ personalized treatment
Dr. Cara is an amazing and kind dentist. I have been going here for around 2 years and always have a great experience. Staff are welcoming and friendly, the offices are immaculately clean and patient care is top notch! Thank you Dr Cara!
