The dentist was very nice and professional. But the admin/receptionist is horrible. It took her 4+ months to get an estimate approval - first 2 months wasted simply because she never bothered to send the paperwork! I called to follow up 2 months later, when she finally got up her butt & did something. Then it took another 2 months to find out the result only when I followed up again after running out of patience. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ She - the receptionist (Catherine is her name) - kept calling me “dear” which is very annoying - I’m y... read more
Overall, I had a positive experience. Everything about the treatment is good. Dr. Mohan, Catherine, and Samar are excellent. Strongly advised
The reception, doctors, and assistants were all very professional, friendly, and welcoming. Great experience.
