The staff from reception to hygienists to dental assistance are great however the dentist here did a root canal he offered no antibiotics I called once a week for 4 weeks telling him I was still in pain only booked me when I cried and begged and told him I was having migraines aswell . 3 weeks into the disaster I had to go to my family dr to get my antibiotics... never once did I ask for pain meds I just wish he would have given antibiotics or listened to me . Been going to this dentist for years now. I just got a piece of mail from a collections agency for $38 on behalf of the tooth corner. This is laughable as the amount in question is for a mouth guard I already paid in full the day they took the impressions, then picked it up when they called to say it was ready. I recieved 1 call over this, I explained to the receptionist that I already paid it in full, and questioned why I would be given the mouth guard without it being paid fully, so it didn’t make sense. Took my daughter (who is only 5) she had a tooth that was causing her pain. The hygienist was not friendly and the dentist just left. I am disappointed in our experience and will not be returning.
I've had a lot of bad experiences at dentists before. I came to the tooth corner with skepticism and anxiety about my appointment. The hygienist there megan was phenomenal, eased my anxieties and cleaned my teeth with ease. Not to mention how gentle she was due the the freezing not taking well for me. Everytime I go I feel reassured and heard. They listen!!
