ABSOLUTELY HORRID experience living at Tomscot apartments.Front desk staff/leasing agents are rude. The package room is a DISASTER, I had 3 stolen packages in 8 months I lived there. There are cameras in the package room but they can't be looked at unless it by the police?! Absolutely useless. The apartments themselves feel like a jail cell, nothing homey about them, 10ft ceilings in only half of the apartment (kitchen/living room). Maintenance takes weeks to get to your se… See more
This place sucks flat out. Management allows loud parties by the pool at all hours of the day and night. You would think this is great but it is not because the sound can be heard from your apartment. The sound rattles your room and I often wake up to drunk people yelling and dogs barking by the pool late into the night. The place needs new management quickly to take over.

My son lives in this dump. Besides the hallways are not clean. It takes maintenance over a week to fix a emergency ie hot water garbage disposal and many more. The apartment needs to be deep clean due to covid..
This place used to be great, but a change in management has seen the place go downhill quickly. The Manager, Amanda Flaig is in way over her head! It is now absolutely filthy and management has said they will only perform "emergency maintenance". This means that they'll fix absolutely nothing in your apartment and are not maintaining common areas. They also closed all the amenities for an extended period of time and failed to compensate the residents - highway robbery. The … See more

RecommendedBeautiful community! Everything from the community spaces to the apartments are top notch! The pool is always a fun place to hangout! Fitness center is the best I’ve seen! Also super close to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely recommend living here!

Over priced and poor quality I would check other options
I would not recommend this place. The company does not stick to their own policy that they put in place. Dogs run off the leash with no action from the management office. The company states they have a breed restriction with dogs but I have witnessed several pitbulls living on property grounds one that attacked my dog severely in which he needed surgery. As a result I am stuck with a hefty vet bill which TomScot refuses to assist or cooperate with the authorities on. Trash is left in the hall for days at a time and the walls... read more

Just moved in and love all the amenities and extra technology! The gym is so nice and easy to use. Great view of the pool and lounge area. The desk staff have been helpful and informative.
