I helped an older friend who wanted to downsize to get her place sold with minimum fuss. She insisted I find Tom Love because he had done such a professional job when he had sold a property for her before and had helped her buy the one she now wanted to sell. Thomas J Love, is a real piece of work. He contacted my client to get a bid. Once he got the bid Tom said, "Hey, give me $500 off and I'll give you a 5 star review." When my client was not able to he text messaged him saying, "I see a one star review coming to you in the future" and he did! Can you believe the nerve and audacity of this guy?! Writing bad reviews that are one star as extortion for not giving him discounts. Shame on you Tom!
