Dr. Bensen is a phenomenal care provider. Kind and compassionate, she strives to provide holistic care to address the person before their 'problem' (i.e. their physical complaint).
No thanks. A literal waste of my time and $250. I was already sold and made to sit through a sales presentation. I then had to come back for a separate appointment for my assessment. We are busy. Manage time an expectations better.
Dr. Bensen's program seriously saved my jaws. The money is so so worth it! In 4 weeks I went from being unable to open my mouth without hurting to feeling 95% normal with minor clacking which unfortunately have been persisting for decades. On top of the TMJ chiro adjustments, the program also teaches many jaw/neck/posture exercises that I seriously never experienced with any of my prior TMJ doctors. I came here after my dentist and ortho consultation suggested I see someone for my TmJ which has been a major issue in my adulthood. Ofc, at first, I was anxious and worried that I had to fix another issue ! I had TMJ pain for over 20 years. Getting treatment from Dr. Benson over the past month has been nothing less than life-changing! My pain is almost completely eliminated, and my jaw no longer clicks or pops. I learned several techniques for how to treat and prevent jaw pain, including lifestyle changes. She has a whole-body, holistic approach that I really like. Dr. Benson is warm, personable, knowledgeable, and is an expert in what she does. 100% would recommend her!
