He was rude because the mouth piece that he made wouldn’t fit back in and just threw it on the counter and we paid $1200 for it.Then sent an email falsely accusing that it was soaked in hot water and wanted $200 more dollars to make a new one.That’s a big rip off. He kept the mouth piece to figure out what he was going to do so I don’t have a picture to upload.

We have been seeing Dr. Plascyk for about 10 years and plan to use them as long as he is in practice. He is not only professional, does great and quality work, but also attentive to the needs and provide alternative solutions when necessary. Dr. Plascyk is also keen on keeping up with new trends and technologies in the dentistry industry. The staff there is great also and the cleaning service they provide is excellent.
After many traumatizing dental encounters in my life, In 2005 I moved to Charlotte and decided I wanted a dentist that didn’t hurt me, was holistic, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Finally a dentist who cares about how dentistry plays a role in our whole body! Teeth cleaned and 3 mercury fillings removed in the year and a half I’ve been going to his practice. Very satisfied...very thankful!
