Correction on my 3 star review. Jesse called the next day and stated he will improve the situation immediately of smell in the reception room. Jesse felt bad and offered to give me a free oil change for my inconvenience. Wow! what business owner does that? He wants to continue servicing my BMW which I have been pleased with in the past. Thank you Jesse I will be back!

I definitely recommend this place for any of your car needs. My family and I have gone for various repairs, detailing, and general scheduled maintenance on our vehicles over the last few years and have always received outstanding service at a great price. The shop is clean and the staff are honest, friendly, and professional. I really appreciate how they explain what my car needs vs what it will need in the near future without being pushy. Most importantly, I leave with my car running good as new!

From the moment I stepped into the The Tire Shoppe it was nothing but professionalism by Gabriel who is is very knowledgeable about cars. I explained to him what was going on with my vehicle and he knew exactly what was wrong with it right away. They got the car into the garage and completed the job within hours with an amazing price. Thank you for being there for me when I was stuck into that difficult situation, will be back if anything else goes wrong with my vehicle! Highly recommended!
Just had the worst experience at The Tire Shoppe on 9 mile. Went in to get oil change and tire checked. The manager asked if I wanted the tires rated. Said it would be $90. I said for oil change and tire rotation. He said no $90 just for rotation. I almost fell out of my chair. Told him no. I called Discount tire they do it for free even if you don't buy your tires there. Belle Tire charges $20. I told him this he said he would do it for $40. I said no that price seemed crazy to me.
