I had a terrible experience with this tire shop. Before having my vehicle towed there, I called three separate times to confirm they had the correct tire in stock. Each time, I was assured they did. When I arrived, the shop was extremely disorganized. There were numerous customers waiting, and many were visibly frustrated with the service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I called this shop three different times before having my vehicle towed there to verify they had the tire I needed. Each time, I was told they did. Based on that information, I paid to have my vehicle towed to the shop. After waiting more than two hours, I was finally informed that they never had the tire in stock. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. Before bringing my vehicle in, I called multiple times to confirm that the tire I needed was in stock. After being assured that it was, I paid to have my vehicle towed to the shop. Once I arrived, I found a crowded waiting area filled with frustrated customers and ended up waiting over two hours.
