I called at 2:30pm to ask If my tires were covered under warranty and the person who answered the phone said yes, your tires are covered but were not taking any more customers today so you would need an appointment. I regret giving them my business in the first place - NEVER AGAIN! I had a flight the next day and did not expect my tire to go flat!
I purchased a new tire. The staff was helpful and provided quick service.
They do good work but they certainly aren’t in a hurry. If you use them I suggest dropping the car off.
Wonderful experience walking in for a tire, rotation, and oil change! The staff was very kind and friendly. The front desk manager, Reginald was top-notch! Reginald was very kind , friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. He answered all my questions. He explained the process, what I needed, and what my options were! He discussed with me best ways to maintain my vehicle with suggested timelines. Reginald made this experience very easy! I will definitely return for regular services!
