My experience with this business has been extremely frustrating. I was initially told my vehicle would be ready for pickup last week. Alex was amazing! A true life saver, I was super far from my house in Tampa and ran over a nail. I am also pregnant so I really couldn’t even pump air in the tire myself. He helped me super last minute and close to closing to locate my warranty on my tire by calling multiple stores and even printed copies for me. They fixed my tire up so fast and had me out of there in no time, same day! 100% recommend :) THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!
Fantastic customer service. Went out of there way to put the spare on when tire was unfixable.
Honest and reassuring. Although this team couldn't fix my vehicle. The service writer was 100% honest as to the reason why, and sent me to another tire choice. They could have easily taken me for a ride and thrown parts at my vehicle. It's hard to find this kind of honesty in this industry. Thanks again!
Great service, the counter lady I believe her name is Savanna was so nice and attentive. Thank you guys
