I had such a great experience at Tires Plus! Luis Suarez was amazing, super kind and helpful the whole time. He made sure I got the right tires for my car and explained everything clearly. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping me out, which made the process so much easier. Definitely recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Luis!
I’m so pleased with my experience. The manager was very nice and helpful. First he checked to see if my battery needed replacing and then he told me the price and the amount of time needed for the replacement. I was comfortable while waiting. The manager also brought my car to the door so I could avoid the rain. I highly recommend this service.
In the past month, I took my Car here to have them patch both back tires, the first time from a screw in the left, and the second time (today) from a screw in the right. The service was good, quick, reasonably priced, and Jay at the front took care of me both times and was friendly and professional. I am glad I took my Car here.
We were visiting Miami and right as we were leaving, we picked up a nail. No local BMW stores would have a new tire for two days, leaving us stuck. Tire Choice fixed our tire within 10 minutes. Antonio J did an amazing job and helped us right before our 13 hour drive back home! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!
Gracias ANTONIO J. Myself and my husband are visiting MIAMI from Nashville, TN we drove 13 hours and of course on our last day our 24 BMW X5 picks up a nail early Saturday afternoon, when a BMW dealer failed to take care of us on our tire needs till the following Monday for a patch, I called this location and had no issue getting us in. Upon arriving ANTONIO took care of us in under 20 mins and was efficient and helpful!
