I had a flat this past Sunday come back from downtown Miami, Jeremiah the manager was direct about giving me all my options on tire quotes/ promotions they had on tires. I was super happy with their service, felt like I was in good hands and they are very personable. Will definatly be back for shocks. Thank you for the help and getting me back on the road!
Jay and his team are amazing
I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment for today at 8 a.m. and was very clear that it was a heavy van intended for mobile grooming. After waiting 20 minutes, I was informed at the front desk that they couldn’t assist me because the van couldn’t be lifted. It’s disrespectful that there wasn’t proper coordination and that the front desk staff lacked professionalism. I hope they improve their communication and staff training.
