I initially had a good experience with tire replacement, but my follow up to replace bushings on my car was challenging and frustrating. Dropped off my car to be told later that afternoon that the parts had not arrived. Strike one. ( This happened a year or so ago) I went to them to just give me an idea on what was going on with a noise that I was hearing around my tire. They pretended to show me a part that was finished around my tire that needed to be replaced ( me being a woman and they suspected that I knew little about cars) told me the noise was caused by that. First time quick service for brakes, router and new tires. Second time got my car in but a lot more cars getting serviced so taking longer.
During rush-hour traffic, my front tire blew a few blocks from tire choice and even though it was closing time my tire was replaced within 15 minutes Without a complaint
