This bar is housed in the oldest building in the Gaslamp Quarter. Come and mingle with beautiful people and groove to either live music or a DJ with tunes from the 1970s through the 1990s. Hardwood floors, soaring ceilings and a 40-foot long mahogany bar give a touch of elegance and class. There are three levels, all offering a large number of beers and delicious cocktails.

Best Bar This is the best bar that I have been to in downtown San Diego. They have great happy hour specials on the beers and the girls are always coming through the door. The drink exchange is pretty cool and you can keep busy with all the jumbo games.
Jam Packed! I came down to The Tipsy Crow this past weekend and it was amazing! Of course it was Halloween weekend so you know it was crazy jam packed with crazies in costumes. It was the best night of my life!

Drink Exchange Drink exchange? It definitely made drinking a bit more interesting. It was a new and fun way to get your drink on. Great music and the happy hour is killer. I'll definitely be back to experience some more of this crazy place. This is probably my new hang out in downtown.
Crazy Cool I like coming to The Tipsy Crow with my friends because of the prices. The beer is cheap and the weird but cool drink exchange stock thing is crazy fun when you've had a couple drinks in you already.
Drink Exchange I came into The Tipsy Crow with some friends from out of town and they loved it here! The drink exchange is always new to someone that hasn't been here and they had a ball playing over sized board games. Great experience for all of us.
Unique and Fun!! So I went to a couple of parties Downtown last weekend and ended up at The Tipsy Crow!! It was my first time being here and I had a blast the service I received here was amazing and all of the bartenders really knew how to make drinks. What made this place stand out from the rest of the bars in downtown is that they are very unique the way they came up with all the extra amenities you get for hanging out here.
Drinks specials like stock Great bar located in downtown san diego. I haven't been to a bar where they had drinks like stocks. Something new a fun. I had a blast and i know ill be back again soon.
