Called and made an appointment Tuesday for Saturday, only to be told the morning of the appointment that nothing was confirmed and only work every other weekend, which was not mentioned during the first contact. Reminded him of what he told me earlier in the week of what all he had going and he agreed, but still stated that he only worked every other weekend, which he preferred Saturday because of what business he had going on through the week. Bad experience! I took my new suv there last week and he tinted my front passenger window and it had a piece of list of debris on the window. Kevin tinted right over it! I notice it later that evening so I called him that Monday and asked could he re tint it and go darker with 5%. He gave several excuses saying it's not going to be a 100% perfect but the debris that he tinted over was obvious!
