This was place amazing and so was the staff and owner! We just got into town late at night and were starving, so we saw this place and decided to get a quick bite. It was right at closing, and we didn't want to keep them open any later, but the owner insisted we stay and eat. We ate the best fried green tomatoes, coconut shrimp, and Caesar salad! Oh my goodness!!! I eat here every year on vacation and have never been disappointed!!! Everything taste sooooo good!!! Kudos to Bob the owner and his wait staff, as usual had an excellent dining experience! I recommend ANY of the appetizers and the Butt tender steak is one of the things I order every year!!! Just can't go wrong on anything!!! ���
The worst fried green tomatoes I've ever had. The batter was fried. The tomatoes were still raw. Unable to eat. The tea was just colored water. I mean, how hard is it to make sweet tea?????? The baked potato was cold. The butter would not even melt!!! The crab legs were good. But , when you are paying $40 + for a meal, every part should be sublime. Nine days in Gulf Shores; not a decent glass of sweet tea anywhere. What is the problem?????

We have always visited Tin Top restarant restarant six or seven times a year. The service is usually good and seafood great. Last night was not the case. We waited five minutes after being seated for a waiter to acknowledge us. He seemed to get his act together during appetizers and salads. However there was a twenty five minute wait for the entrees to appear. There were a few things like having to take the inner top off a pepper sauce bottle .
