We had the best experience here and Naomi was awesome. Very comfortable seating and takes all the time that you need and also trys different pieces to get that special look. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars

I picked out the perfect dress and Connie added the corset tie up in the back to make it fit perfectly. Naomi made my beautiful corsages. I truly felt like a princess on my day! My visit with Ms. Connie and Ms. Naomi was the best! This is my second wedding and I decided to wear my mother's wedding gown this time; but it needed some updating to make it more my style. I went in having no idea and as we started working together the ideas just began to flow. After we left my mother made the comment that the experience we had at The Timeless Bride was more fun than going and trying-on multiple wedding gowns. I walked into the store and two older ladies did not greet us. My friend went out her way to speak to the lady and she did not look up to even make eye contact or to see if we needed assistance. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So sorry you had that experience. It certainly is not the way we want out guests to feel. When did this happen? Was it possibly on a Saturday? Still no excuse...but it is sometimes very busy on a Saturday in April, the busiest bridal month of the year and prom season. I promise you caught us at an off moment and would see that it is untypical should you stop by again. Please consider this. If you read our many other reviews you may see that we really do care that all feel welcome and cared for.
I loveddd my dress. It is absolutely stunning. They transformed it into exactly what I envisioned and were soooo sweet!!!
Mrs. Naomi and all of the Timeless Bride staff are awesome . I was so impressed with the fact that I was able to answer a few questions and Mrs. Naomi pulled the perfect dress for me . They are so professional and helpful and I couldn't have picked a better place to get my dress. Thanks y'all .

Highly recommend going here! It was my very first time trying on wedding dresses. The staff took my measurements and requests and ended up helping my find the most gorgeous dress I have ever laid eyes on! Not to mention the incredible prices they offer.
