Resized watch and replaced battery in a jiffy. Super fast, friendly and nice. Hope they relocate somewhere just as close and convenient
Not worth my time nor yours! Brought two Effy brand rings to be sized and ended up with the wrong sizing. The customer service was lacking: I received a phone call to pick-up the first ring and not the second. The second ring sat at the store ready for pick-up for six weeks. While I picked up the first ring I asked about the status of the second and was told it was not ready when in fact it was sitting in the store, ready to go.
