RecommendedThe Timbers has issues, like everywhere, overall we’ve been happy here. Our neighbors are great, they make it more comfortable and safe feeling. It’s beautiful, private, and doesn’t feel like you’re in the city.
I moved in January 2019, and i loved it when we first moved in but over the few months it hasn’t been the best experience with the neighbors being loud and we complained several times and it’s not loud during the day but it in the middle of the night, and now we have mice and they put these cheap sticky traps and i don’t even feel comfortable seeing mice run through my kitchen and i have a newborn. We pay a good penny to be dealing with all this, don’t know if we will be renewing our lease.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The apartments have really spacious floor plans!! The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is just lovely. I love the convenience of easy parking for ourselves and guest. We love the beautiful neighborhood that feels safe and friendly. We love The Timbers and would recommend to friends and family.
Very pretty place, nice and quiet for the most part
Love the modern look with the rustic forest like atmosphere. You must see it to believe it. Fantastic apartments, great amenites, good staff and kids can play knowing they are safe. Love it here.
Such a great location and management!
We had an amazing time coming out a meeting the residents during their puppy pool party. We love the fact they include all their residents, four legged and two, in their events.
