I have lived here for 3 years now. I love it here. The convenience of the stores, eating places and the trolley can't be beat. The office personnel are very good at helping you if you have a concern. The maintenance tearm is friendly and very professional. The security guards are very efficient when patroling the property. Driving down Fletcher Parkway after a long day at work, everything is great because I know I am going home.
I'd like to THANK YOU the maintenance guys,who painted our bathroom and shower area!!!It looks so clean and beautiful,I can't believe my eyes!!!! Also I would like to show my appreciation to the Office team,always listening to our needs and VERY efficient all the time!!!!
I've been here for a year now. I really do love it here. The maintenance guys are always hard at work keeping the place looking nice. I love, LOVE the floor plan and this was the only place I could find that was affordable (that allowed dogs), with all of it's amenities (pool, laundry, etc) and did not charge pet rent for my doggies. We just moved and it was the easiest transition ever the staff is amazing. And their maintenance staff is excellent.
