Recorrí esta propiedad y quedé muy decepcionada. Todos los residentes tienen que pagar por el estacionamiento, aunque parece haber suficiente espacio disponible. Hay menos de siete lugares no reservados, lo que deja claro que esto se trata más de generar ingresos adicionales que de brindar comodidad a los residentes. Además, la base del estacionamiento y la entrada están en mal estado, con varios hoyos en el pavimento. My daughter and son-in-law just moved into the apartments and I have to say that I am very very concerned about their safety. I was there on a Wednesday and about an hour after I got there my car was towed even though I was parked in the visitors parking. It cost me over two hundred dollars just to get my car out of the pound and to add insult to injury my daughter’s car got broken into the next day. My move-in experience at The Timbers was unacceptable and shows a pattern of serious mismanagement. I moved in on October 15, only to be told an hour before arrival that my assigned unit’s carpet needed replacement, forcing me into another unit last-minute. The new unit was not properly cleaned, and I immediately had to submit multiple maintenance requests just to make it livable.
