During my currant bathroom remodel, we've had three delays, all due to The Tile Shop mistakes. First, when we called to check on tile delivery, they told us it hadn't even been ordered. This is after we had indeed told them to order it and paid for the order. Second, when our contractor went to install the niche in our shower, he discovered we didn't have enough tile. I should explain that when ordering at the Tile Shop, you tell how them much square footage of tile needed and the Tile Shop determines the quantity they order... read more

Do not buy the London Fog Grout from The Tile Shop. We have done everything suggested by store manager and Doug Pacheco, this is our finished product. The tile is beautiful however the grout is just as important. We spent $2,500 and this is our finished product after scrubbing with hydrocloric acid. The issue is with the latex coming to the surface(or what your manager called phosphorescence). Beads of yellow, red and black tint also fail to break up through the mixture consistently during the mixing process and at the price... read more
