During my currant bathroom remodel, we've had three delays, all due to The Tile Shop mistakes. First, when we called to check on tile delivery, they told us it hadn't even been ordered. This is after we had indeed told them to order it and paid for the order. Second, when our contractor went to install the niche in our shower, he discovered we didn't have enough tile. Do not buy the London Fog Grout from The Tile Shop. We have done everything suggested by store manager and Doug Pacheco, this is our finished product. The tile is beautiful however the grout is just as important. We spent $2,500 and this is our finished product after scrubbing with hydrocloric acid. The issue is with the latex coming to the surface(or what your manager called phosphorescence). Dusty and his team did a fabulous job helping me select my tile for my Master bath remodel project!
Excellent service and selection. My associate Ryan helped my wife and me pick out the master bathroom of our dreams and continued to help us all the way till we were done including giving us a full refund on all of the excess tile we had left over which we found out the hard way almost no other tile store does. I'd recommend the Tile Shop to anyone who needs tile.
The Tile Shop in Cool Springs, TN was amazing. Their selection is the best in Tennessee and my sales associate Ryan helped me design my master bathroom and made the whole process so easy. My sister loved what I did so much she's doing her bathroom now. I guess my kitchen is next to get a face lift. I would recommend the Tile Shop to anybody.
