RecommendedI enjoy coming in here to look at the unique tile. Didn't get any help or bother while there until my daughter & I were about to leave & were checking out the Ted Baker tile at the door. Which is fine with me because I hate the hard selling naggy sales person. 😉
I was looking for inexpensive tile to replace the shower surround in my This Old House. Leo the manager helped me out in selecting tile Style, and the order was delivered as promised on time. It turned out we were a dozen tiles short because we used a staggered installation instead of the usual Square. Just got shafted about $1000 when they refused to take back some Carrera tile 13 DAYs past their return window. This was on about $7-8K tile purchase. When I bought it explained we were remodeling our home and there might be delays. "No problem" they said... Just return it and we will refund your money. Funny thing nobody is working their from when we bought our stuff. Hmmm
