2nd time here, no customer service, overpriced and was told to go to home Depot! Sales person could not hide contempt for customers. Ugh! Run, just another scam business!
This company is amazing! From start to finish they were amazing earning highest marks in all categories! Tyler and Patrick went above and beyond for us and we could not be happier with our m.bath remodel! We are beyond happy!
We had a wonderful experience at the Tile Shop in Tampa from start to finish. I worked with Tyler Hayes and he could not have been more friendly or professional. We had the tile delivered, and Tyler made sure everything was correct in the order and communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend The Tile Shop and Tyler Hayes!
Sales person was great but we had to cancel our order because not just once, but twice, the warehouse forgot to put our order on the truck. None of our order was delivered the first week and only a partial order was on the truck. Beautiful products and no high pressure tactics BUT they can't even get an order delivered. Brett was helpful and the problem wasn't his fault but to do this twice is really just not good management in the warehouse.
