Sales person was great but we had to cancel our order because not just once, but twice, the warehouse forgot to put our order on the truck. None of our order was delivered the first week and only a partial order was on the truck. Beautiful products and no high pressure tactics BUT they can't even get an order delivered. Brett was helpful and the problem wasn't his fault but to do this twice is really just not good management in the warehouse.
Great place to shop for tile. Tons of bathrooms on display. Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

A simple “hi, welcome” when you enter or while you’re browsing no matter if an associate is with a customer goes miles. One guy was with a customer but in plain sight when you walk in and while trying to find what I was looking for, another guy was sitting at a computer - couldn’t be bothered to say anything. I understand you may be busy but a greeting or “let me know if you need help” works wonders!
