Great selection and choices. Best part of our experience was the amazing guidance provided by Kerri. Such a pleasant experience and her knowledge was invaluable to us in making our decisions. She is a great planner and knows her products inside out. Her friendliness and accommodation to our inexperience was very comforting and reassuring. Definitely the place to go for all of your decorating needs.

We had a great experience with The Tile Shop, and with Nary in particular who went above and beyond with communication and support during the design, ordering and delivery process. I popped into this location on a whim after an awful visit to a specialty tile and marble shop nearby (not the one that shares the plaza). Extremely pleased with our experience working with Tyler at The Tile Shop for a remodel we just completed. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about each of the types of porcelain and Carrara marble. He was able to help us order the mosaic and tiles in a timely fashion, choose the right color and finish of schluter, and even went over and above saving us the drive to Tampa from Land O' Lakes to bring us the needed additional materials to complete the project.
