After looking at tile from "all the other stores", I stopped in The Tile Shop and was greated by Devena. She was extremely helpful and pointed me in a direction of something I didnt even know I was looking for. I cant wait to see my bathroom when its finished. Everyone I encountered while at the store was friendly and professional. Never again will I shop for tile in the big box stores.

Sam helped us tremendously, not only in a professional but friendly manner as well. She assisted us from the very beginning with design suggestions thru installation. She answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the tiling process. Our bathroom is beautiful, and we have Sam to thank for this fantastic outcome.
