After looking at tile from "all the other stores", I stopped in The Tile Shop and was greated by Devena. She was extremely helpful and pointed me in a direction of something I didnt even know I was looking for. I cant wait to see my bathroom when its finished. Everyone I encountered while at the store was friendly and professional. Never again will I shop for tile in the big box stores.

Sam helped us tremendously, not only in a professional but friendly manner as well. She assisted us from the very beginning with design suggestions thru installation.
