I had a small, but very important need for pool tile to repair my pool, as I am selling my home. Kate Bryant new exactly what I needed and they had a color that I could use to repair my pool and a sample readily available. I was elated. I ordered the tile, It arrived in only 7 days...and she called me as soon as the truck came in with my order. She treated me as if I were retiling my entire pool. Really cool Tile store friendly staff very helpful. Nice displays in a unique selection of Tile Stone marbles and trim pieces.

Just had a wonderful experience with Kent at The Tile Shop. I had a whole order of tiles get stolen from my construction site and he helped me arrange a replacement and ensured I was taken care of. 10/10 experience. He was great!
