Can't say enough about Michael. Very professional and helpful.
I went there after visiting the Floor and Decor next door, since no one bothered to help me after I spent 20mins in store with zero acknowledgment. Michael greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked me questions and tried different tile styles, to advise me. His input made it a bit easier for me when making tile selection based on the flooring I have. Although I didn’t end up buying here (better pricing elsewhere), Michael made it a great shopping experience for me. Thank you!
