The Tile Shop has an amazing selection, many I have not seen anywhere else. I really enjoyed the newly remodeled showroom which displays their tiles more visibly. The prices are very competitive as well.
Everybody at The Tile Shop are super helpful. They will take the tone to help you figure out you design and their help doesn't stop at the sale. They will be there with personal help and how to videos and even helping you find discount need items. I highly recommend The Tile Shop in Algonquin.

I have shopped at the Tile Shop for numerous projects in the past and have had minor issues, but none of my experiences could possibly top tonight. Your sales rep Nick (Algonquin location) is inept. He could barely greet me as he was in the middle of eating something. Then when I asked to see pieces of specific tile he brought out chipped pieces.
