RecommendedI was overwhelmed by the stock the store had to offer. I had to make several rounds to see everything! I had the opportunity to work with Kaylee and she was a great resource in helping me choose my tile and to help make a decision on my flooring. Horrible service by 4 people there. They broke 4 boxes of tile on a large order so I sent them pics of the damaged tile which was crumbled. Waited 2 weeks for the new tile to come in and was told to come pick it up. So I go to pick it up and they wanted the damaged tile, which is fine. So I drive an hour out of the way to go get the tile just for the ignorant forklift driver who was rude with me to tell me he didn't want the tile and told throw it away. So I waste two and a half hours of my day for nothing. I won't recommend... read more
