RecommendedJust finished another project with materials from the tile shop. We are thrilled with the room and the excellent customer service we received.
Just stopped in to look at slate tile. There was one other customer in the store... and were four or five employees that weren’t helping her. Each employee that met my gaze and smile either looked back at his or her computer or walked past me without acknowledgement. Wow. Spectacularly rude and unhelpful... in a store where assistance is absolutely part of the sales equation. Big miss, y’all. Good luck with that.
