I'm not sure I didn't like it but this property has a great concept and rooms are clean and comfortable, and spectacular views. The service here is marginal at best. Lots of new staff and no one knows anything about what's going on. Maybe they need a staff meeting. We will come back but hopefully they will get it squared away.
We had another successful board retreat at The Tides Inn this week. Gorgeous views and amazing customer service abound. I can't wait to visit again on my own time with the hubby. Kudos to the entire team!

Tides Inn is special, coming by water you come into Carters Creek with beautiful homes on the shore and boats in their slips at the marinas or individual homes and there it is up on the hill. It's a great place to come by car or boat. They make you feel welcome and open up the facility and it's amenities. There are kayaks, bikes, pool, golf, nearby winery, the village of Irvington and the marina amenities. We are ready to come back
