Verified Renter The community is very nice, I love that everyone can personalize their space and it doesn’t feel too crowded. I can’t wait to use the pool and grills. I’m hoping to meet some of the other residents and have a great year.

Verified Renter So far so good quiet cute neighborhood. Excited for the gym and pool. Love the general closeness of everything. The beach is around the corner, that’s a big plus! Apartments are cute need a few upgrades but nothing major. Very quick in responding to emails

Verified Renter Only downside is they don't keep their laundry mat clean they have about 8 washers when i first moved half of them were not working only 3 of the barely work now.

Great place to live with great management I’ve lived here approximately four months I moved into a newly remodeled unit with excellent neighbors and excellent management who continuously keeps an eye on the property and keeps it looking nice
We love living here It’s located in a great spot, secluded and quiet, but still really close to the main roads and the beach. The management used to be terrible, but we recently got someone new, and they are taking care of all the things the old management didn’t. Like the pool and maintenance. All our neighbors are great, mostly keep to themselves but overall very friendly. We appreciate that they are dog friendly as well, especially for the low price of rent. Definitely look into living here! It’s a great place!
