The customer specifically requested to leave their order at the front desk. The uncooperative person at the desk had to call the customer so the customer tells this person That they requested to leave it at the desk.

I asked to have my package left at the front desk. The front desk had to call me and bother me to tell me the driver wants to leave my package at the front desk

I lived at this location before the MAJOR LAWSUIT INVOLVING TENANT VS AKRAM MANAGEMENT. I purchased a short sale. Long story short, from day one I heard VERY LOUD WHIRRING SOUNDS ABOVE MY UNIT. I COMPLAINED MANY TIMES TO MANAGEMENT TO NO AVAIL. I stayed for many years putting up with this sound. ONE DAY WATER STARTS POURING THRU UNITS IN MY STACK ONLY. Had to vacate premises for weeks to do MOLD REMEDIATION!! TURNS OUT WOMAN WHO LIVED TWO FLOORS BELOW ME GOT VERY ILL FROM THE MOLD. THE MAIN AND ONLY COOLING TOWER IN BUILDING... read more

There is not enough room on this venue to write about the worst experience I experienced buying and living at this location. Look up lawsuits attached to this condo. Enough said.
