The office staff are AMAZING! Salma has made the move a breeze for my wife and I. She got back to all of our messages promptly, and was very helpful through the whole process. When I filled out my move in paperwork, she very promptly sent out a work order for us to be taken care of by the end of the week, and everything is going incredibly smooth. When ya look up The Thread apts. & Look at photos when viewing the apts don't believe em & go by the pics like I do. Looks nothing like the pics advertised maybe at one time it did. They do have the 2 grills dunno if in working condition. O and they have banned grills of your own to b on property or u will get a fine. No parking spots ever have a reserved spot pay extra 55$ a month for that is by Esperanza Rd. When I stay way in the back building long dark walk at night. I have lived here for 6 years and it has being the best 6 years of my life this place is great and the people are just really nice. They are always there when you need something. I have never had a problem living here. Now I just moved to a different apartment number because I’m not planning on living somewhere else. Cynthia is really helpful and really nice I would recommend her.
This is my 7th year at the Thread Apartments, and in that time I’ve seen monumental improvements done cosmetically. Yes, it is an older Apartment complex, and the only three drawbacks (For me) are, there is very little visitor parking, no washer dryer hookups in each apartment and the parking is atrocious (especially on the weekends). I haven’t had great experiences in the past with getting information on apartments and Tania did a great job at doing hers. She was very informative and so sweet she gets 5+ stars. My s/o and I are actually considering moving in with you guys, the staff and the location is great and very well kept. Now we are just waiting for the perfect time to move! Thank you!
