When ya look up The Thread apts. & Look at photos when viewing the apts don't believe em & go by the pics like I do. Looks nothing like the pics advertised maybe at one time it did. They do have the 2 grills dunno if in working condition. O and they have banned grills of your own to b on property or u will get a fine. No parking spots ever have a reserved spot pay extra 55$ a month for that is by Esperanza Rd. When I stay way in the back building long dark walk at night. Definitely not family friendly.. ROACHES everywhere, had my newborn on baby bouncer and a roach was crawling on her. No matter how many times pest control came they wouldn’t go away, office would always take care of complaints such as AC not working or water leaking from apartment above us but these apartments are so old and in such a bad environment that if you have kids 100% won’t recommend
This apartment is a joke!!!! A whole joke! Music so loud at 11:00pm. Posting this review at exactly 11:57pm friday, i have work in the morning and i cant even sleep, first it was dog bark and now its actual human causing noise nuisance. Not even security/ officer can help this situation. Once again, if you love your peace, DO NOT RENT HERE even if its for free!!!
Can't just wait for my lease to expire, this is one of the worst apartments to I have ever stayed in. Maintenance don't show up on time, dirty apartment, no parking spaces like I literally got towed twice in one month cuz of no space to park. Never again!
This place used to be great, but now we’ve had out car broken into and theft attempted twice and my wife gets harassed when she goes outside alone in the evenings. It’s not safe to live here, and it’s $1500 to break the lease DESPITE IT BEING UNSAFE TO LIVE HERE. And do not get me started on the pests that crop up every time someone moves. Look elsewhere.
