a great place to live I moved to Portland last winter and received a warm welcome at the Tess O'Brien apartments. From the start, management has been available after hours for whatever questions I had / repairs I needed, and I met a great group of neighbors. The building is practically brand new and has a few great amenities, like the court yard with hammocks, fire place and a beautiful common area with yet another fire place, there's a doggy wash and a gym.
