It kind of hurts me to leave a poor review of this place, but every time I've been there it takes forever, which has been at least 4 times. The food is good, the beer is good, it's chill, but I've never had a pleasant dining experience. Today it took 30 minutes to get 4 hot dogs, and I when I complained that we were waiting for a long time, rather than an apology or explanation, I was told "it hasn't been that long". Seriously? A little bit of customer service could go a long way... I don't think I'll be coming back anymore.
