I love this clinic. Whenever I’m there I’m treated with so much care. From the injectors to the receptionists, I always feel welcome. The treatments are awesome and the staff is knowledgeable. Shout out to Steff and all front office staff for being awesome.
The Things We Do in downtown LA is honestly one of the best aesthetics spaces I’ve found. The team is so knowledgeable and genuinely kind, and every visit feels really thoughtful. It’s not a high-volume, in-and-out place — the care feels calm, intentional, and personal — not rushed. You can tell they care a lot about doing things the right way. Don't waste your time or money. I got Jeuveau not once but twice and it didn't work!!! They tried to spin it that I was the problem? Not to mention their policy doesn't refund your or give a complimentary treatment to switch products. They legitimately tried to make me pay again. It's honestly laughable. This doesn't account for them trying to upsell me on Picosure when I explicitly told them I am unable to do the treatment. Spend your money elsewhere with people that know what they are doing.
