I would give ZERO stars if I could. I met with a therapist for around 2 months and then received a charge of $1000 due to a “problem with my insurance?”. There was no contact after the first session to rectify, they were more than happy to snatch my money and have been slow to respond to my attempts to re submit insurance and get the cost refunded. My therapist herself was lovely, I understand why she left this practice.

I met with a therapist here about ten times and made no progress. They then told me that my insurance would no longer cover the sessions. They followed up two months later with a bill for $645 for the last (just one) session, even though they didn't tell me the last session wasn't covered and provided no cost estimate beforehand, which is illegal under the no surprises act. Don't work with them.

Unethical, unprofessional, law-breaking of several categories under Md. Code Regs. 10.58.03.05 Therapists, who try and develop unhealthy relationships through means of using disgusting methods to make clients develop a codependency while on and off the clock.

I attempted to schedule as a new patient. It took almost a week for someone to call and get my information. Marilyn Murphy didn't hold up her end of the bargain. She said she would call back to schedule and didn't. I followed up with her again and only when I asked if I should look for another therapist did she respond. It's unprofessional especially for a therapist. I will not use this practice.

Not sure how other therapists are here, but Marilyn Murphy is disrespectful, insensitive, and disinterested during sessions. Truly a terrible therapist.
