Krista the therapist is great at making me feel comfortable. Never feel rushed or awkward. She does a great job pivoting negative thoughts. Other therapists just go yep yep yep. So I appreciate the positive interaction

The therapist was kind and empathetic, and I appreciated her gentle approach. However, I was a bit surprised by how the session went. The first 30 minutes were spent filling out an intake form, and the rest of the time was mostly questions to get background information.
