Our Cypress Ballroom with beautiful views is an ideal space for weddings and corporate events.

We absolutely love this hotel. It’s located perfectly in the downtown community. You can walk to everything. The service is top notch from the free valet to the front desk and everything in between. I would only change the noise from inside and outside of the hotel.
The hotel is very nice, clean and safe. However, between the outside noise and the very loud air conditioner, I would hesitate to recommend it to someone who has a hard time sleeping.
Good customer service. I enjoyed the complimentary valet; everything was clean and in decent repair. The couch in my room is a pull-out, and the seat cushion is very thin, pleather, and uncomfortable to sit on. The restaurant has good food but no room service. I had to pay downstairs, but they offered to bring it to the room when it was ready. It seems like an easy fix to pay online and have it dropped off. There's no pool or hot tub, just a gym. Celebrated Christmas Day here, with my son. It was our first time and it definitely won’t be our last! We took advantage of the Grand Buffett they offer during the holidays. The decor, food presentation, and flavors were astonishingly satisfied to our eyes and palate. The bartender was without a doubt my favorite. He made me a dirty martini, which was a bit on the bitter side for me, however, replaced it with the most amazing cocktail, The Blackberry Gin Smash! Thank you all for such a magical Xmas Day.
