We had a wonderful experience having our wedding at the WV Botanical Gardens! Sarah and her team were wonderful throughout the entire planning process and had great communication. They were also accommodating to all of our vendors as well and easy to work with if any problems arose. The days before our wedding, a water line broke, but the event space was quick with updating us and securing other options for bathrooms. We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Terrace at Tibbs. The venue is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly nestled in nature. Our guests raved about how gorgeous everything was, especially the deck, walkways, and stunning views. The large windows were one of our favorite features — they let us enjoy the scenery while still being indoors. It was also very accessible, which made things easy for our guests. We had our company holiday party here without even seeing the venue in person. The photo's alone sold us on the property! It was beautiful! High elegant windows that showed the snowfall at night made the party even a little more festive! It was the perfect size and Sarah was amazing to work with, answering every question I had, in a timely manner. We are hoping to make this a tradition!!
I recently held a large party at the Terrace at the Tibbs for my daughter and her husband celebrating their recent marriage which was held in Europe earlier in the year. I give them a 5 star rating because it turned out beautifully and ran smoothly due to the staff, facility layout of the venue, and all the help leading up to the special day.
