I've lived here for over three years and wanted to share my perspective as a long-term resident. Overall, I've had a very positive experience. The office staff has always been friendly, professional, and responsive, maintenance requests have been handled promptly, and the amenities and common areas are well maintained. This has been a comfortable place to call home, and I appreciate the effort the entire staff puts into making it a good community.
This past Saturday, the Tenzing staff hosted a wonderful pool party for the residents, and it was so much fun! It was truly a family-friendly event, with games, a raffle, and cocktails for the adults. One of the many reasons I love living here is the incredible sense of community. The Tenzing is a great community. The folks in the office are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to address any service tickets. The apartments are spacious. We're quite comfortable here. We have a unit with an attached garage and it's gigantic. There's room for our car, my motorcycle, metal shelving for storing seasonal things, my toolboxes, and there's still room for me to work on my woodworking projects.
