The Tenzing is a great community. The folks in the office are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to address any service tickets. The apartments are spacious. We're quite comfortable here. We have a unit with an attached garage and it's gigantic. There's room for our car, my motorcycle, metal shelving for storing seasonal things, my toolboxes, and there's still room for me to work on my woodworking projects. I have lived here for the last 2 years and the office staff is always kind a courteous, but the biggest benefit has been Marcus, one of the maintenance leads. Marcus replies to requests within 12 hours, and is always a pleasure to deal with whether he is fixing a washing machine or a garage door. You can tell he genuinely cares about you and your experience as a resident.
