Everything was clean, my pedicure was perfect and efficient, and kind people!
Once again a disappointing appointment. We thought trying again a few years later would give time for improvement. I found the pedicure service lopsided; one leg got all the scrubs and massage and the other leg did not. When I tried to get the second leg up was told that portion of treatment was done. Also realized the next day that they somehow managed to slice a wound into the skin between my toes; I suspect when the pulled out the tissue used to separate the toes. It’s always a great experience at Ten Spot. The location close to where I live closed. So I had to drive 30 min to this location. It is well worth the drive! The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Everything is clean. The music sets a chill vibe. Kaitlyn’s attention to detail is great and so very appreciated. She takes her time and did an amazing job. Thank you! I’ll be back!
