Only two stars because the receptionist was wonderful and polite. However it was like whiplash as soon as the nail tech arrived. She was very rude and not welcoming at all. Not a single greeting from her besides “hi.” Seemed like she didn’t even want to be in the building. Only ever told me to pick another polish and to wash my hands. Great experience! Staff was polite and black owned. They did provide champagne too. Nail turned out great as well.
I’ve been coming here for almost two years and Rita does the best gel I’ve ever had. She takes her time and perfects your mani!
