The technology department offered superb service and professionalism. I took in my son's iPad for repair, expecting to leave it for an extended period. To my surprise it was fixed on the spot!! I would highly recommend The Technology Department for you computer and electronic needs.
Big thanks to The Technology Dept for their work on my iPhone!! I was thrilled with their customer service and prices!

The Technology Department fixed my phone today and did an amazing job! They set me up with a new Tech Armor charger and a new screen! The service and people that work there are wonderful as well!
Had a black line and pink glare each time I took a pic. Alex replaced the camera in an hour and it works perfectly! So glad we have a great repair shop LOCALLY with excellency customer service!!!

Highly disappointed, went there 4 days in a row to get the mic replaced on my iPhone. Each day was told the mic would be ordered and would be there the next day. Finally on the fourth trip there, I was informed that it was never ordered. Horrible business practice, won't be going back.

Hi Eric, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It's no excuse, but handling 20-30 repairs a day leaves us a little short handed and behind some days and I hate to hear yours got overlooked. Hopefully it will be different in the future as we are adding additional employees to our current staff of 7 to handle the additional load. If you care to give us another try in the future, I am sure it will have a different outcome, thanks!
Don't waste your time or your money...they want to tell you that one thing is wrong and charge you...then say oops that isn't what was wrong this is what is wrong and charge you...warranties mean nothing. Should've just bought a new computer.

It is common for repairs to sometimes be too costly to perform and we understand how this can make customers upset, unfortunately we do not see any work orders under your name. Perhaps you could elaborate more so we can share with folks your experience at the Technology Department?
I picked my samsung galaxy s4 up after one week. I got the screen and charging port replaced. The phone was dead so I couldnt check if everything worked. I took the phone home and charged it. Found out the speaker does not work on it so I can't talk on my phone. So I have to wait until tomarrow to take it back in and hopefully get it back tomarrow.
I would recommend The Technology Department to anyone! The people there really surprised me with their awesome customer service. Not many places in Madisonville anymore that has great customer service. I will go back the next time I need something fixed!! Thank you for treating me like a customer is suppose to be treated!!
