I highly recommend the Tech Center. They were one of the only places that were able to repair a broken screen for my style laptop in the time table I needed it and at a reasonable price. They communicated extremely well, even when they received a faulty screen initially (at no fault of their own). They communicated the issues and how they had already made the steps to get the new one. They had it repaired and back in my hands a few days later. I would go back in a heart beat. Thanks!
I brought my son's Kindle Fire in because it was frozen and I wanted to reset it. He spent 5 minutes with the device, and it was fixed! He was kind, didn't talk down to me, and was very encouraging. Thank you!
They do not warranty their work screen popped off and iPhone 7 that they repaired and want to charge me for a second screen because of improper installation of the first screen
After three visits to the sprint store and tech center plus three chats to arrange a new phone I went to tech center. It took them all of 3 min to fix the problem. A loose antenna. Cost: "don't worry about it". These guys are AMAZING. Make sure you go here first before wasting time with your sprint's 'technicians. And no need to backup or restore phone content either !!friendly, effective helpfull and smart!!
