Beware of John and this company they take advantage and steal from people I've had several bad experiences with this company they take advantage of hard work and people for their own pleasure gain and benefit do not rent through these people
My experience with John and Gina was horrible. We rented a property from them for almost 3 years and they would never fix anything. If they did fix it they would charge you for it. There was a pool on the property and it always had issues. The people that they sent to replace the pump, said that they were only paid to do that even though there’s tons of other work to do on the pool and the pump will not work correctly, unless the other things was fixed.
