i enjoy living here , the atmosphere and peacefulness of our neighborhood not to mention our wonderful manager stephanie roman and her staff they are beyond amazing very professional and patient with us will help us with any concerns or issues with our unit and others unit's overall very grateful and happy with living here, maintance also is very on top of getting your apartment fixed as well.

I lived in these apartments for 3 years and never gave these people any problems. I dealt with my kitchen flooding multiple times, my downstairs bathroom toilet overflowed due to the plumbing in another unit and flooded my entire downstairs which led to my entertainment stand from my deceased mother to get molded so I had to throw it out when I moved. My apartment wasn’t even cleaned when I moved in and I mean not at all! Old carpet and vinyl from the previous tenants, my bathtub wasn’t restored or cleaned there was hair fro... read more

I've been living here for a while and the feelings fluctuate from time to time. Nevertheless, with our new Manager Stephanie Ramon I believe that we are on the road to a brighter future. She's understanding, empathetic and compassionate! Sometimes a little humility and kindness sure does go A LONG WAY! I'm looking forward to see what the horizon holds for us in this community.
